All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to SHOPPERPLUS.UK within 2 working days, as SHOPPERPLUS.UK cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.

Before returning any item, you must e-mail our customer service department at customerservice@shopperplus.co.uk within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the SHOPPERPLUS UK RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by SHOPPERPLUS.UK. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.

Please note: if you choose to have any alterations made to the specification of your order, this may result in a delay in delivery whilst our technicians work on your order.

Credit card payments

Payment for all Products must be made by credit or debit card. We currently accept payment using the following cards:

As soon as your order is placed we request authorization for payment from your bank. This includes orders that are to be delivered on a specific date. To reduce the risk of your authorization being rejected by your card issuer please read below:

  • When pre-ordering items, ensure the expiry date of your card is not outside the expected release date for your items.
  • Make sure your card is registered to the billing address.
  • Sign up to a card authentication scheme such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
  • If you are placing a high-value order, consider informing your bank before purchase.

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments. When paying via PayPal you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You will need to log in with your PayPal username and password. Please check the details on the PayPal site before confirming the payment. If you are not a PayPal customer today you can still use this payment method either by registering yourself for a new account or using the credit card payment option to pay as a guest via PayPal.
